He was going to drive over, but instead, he asked me to join him on the drive and then fly back on Sunday. So I did. It was an 8 1/2 hour drive mostly through dry landscape with many dirt devils. I spent Sunday AM in Missoula, then late afternoon we drove over to Spokane to get my flight out to Portland.
It's kind of sad with just the puppy. But we are doing OK, and Brent is coming back for a weekend soon.
