Bow down to Washington or not. Thanks Nebraska for reminding us why we haven't been in a bowl game for 7 years. Thanks for allowing me to be briefly excited to attend a game in Husky Stadium after a long 4 year hiatus. Really, I did enjoy the nearly 4 hour commute to wonder where our defense went, and how you could have pummeled us 56-21. Only to turn around and drive 3.5 hours home, with my fluffy Husky tail between my knees. If only I hadn't bragged to coworkers that miracles happen.Really though. It was a beautiful blue sky day to sit in Husky Stadium after a pitcher at the Duchess and fried mushrooms at Kidd Valley to catch up with an old friend. Long overdue. Thanks R.
