We were playing on the Columbia out at Sauvie Island yesterday, before B and I went to do Night Ride. Its an annual fun 15 mile ride through the city that starts after sunset and ends in donuts from Voo Doo!!
Work is going well. It was finally Friday that I began to put up pictures, fill my space, and settle in with people. I think the first few days everyone was kind of "feeling me out", but by Friday, everyone (myself included) seemed to relax, and people were joking around and getting to know each other. Seems to be a good crew of folks. I also met a few of the other PA's who were helpful in showing me what I need to know and give me specifics. I think it's going to be OK. and the commute... by one day with "traffic" still took only 20 mins.
