So I am taking a week off this month for Summer Break!! No big trips, just little ones.Started it all off with a visit from Mom and Dad. All four of us went to Laurelhurst Market. Fabulous food, HIGHLY recommend it!
Then Saturday night David and I were off to see Avett Brothers at Edgefield. Great show, love those guys and they claim to "I and Love and Portland".
Sunday - Climbing out at Broughtons Bluff. Sort of a weak day for me, but still good to get outdoors. Dolly Mae enjoyed it.
Monday - Climbing out at Beacon Rock. Fabulous day, much more satisfied with my day! Super long 100ft climbs that were killing my arms but SOO worth it!
Tuesday - to Corvallis to see Cyndi!! We had a great day and the above picture is "Cassie" sharing her waterbowl with other dogs in downtown Corvallis. Then off to Mary's Peak, the highest summit in the Coast Range. Beautiful views of Sisters, Jefferson, and Hood. Too hazy on the coast to get views of the ocean but a fabulous day of sunshine.
Tomorrow - off to the San Juan Islands with David for 4 days of relaxation!! Can't wait! Promise to be back with photos...
