Charlie had his annual Christmas party and this year made gifts for everyone. He made this brass ice cream scoop and the handle is constructed with 3 types of wood. I can't remember the orange wood, but then mahogany and walnut and he pressed this and shaped on the lathe. You can't see the grain well but pretty cool. He made this amazing wood dump truck for my friends who have a 14 month old son.
The white elephant this year was booze. The two top prizes? The "Pimp" cup and the bottle of Manischevitz?! Someone brought a bottle of Blantons bourbon, which was surprisingly tasty. Fun Fun!!
